Since I'm not going to bother making a template for them, I'm just going to paste the raw wikicode of the Official Illogicopedian Character Sheets. Final Fantasy-style, of course. With Illogicopedia Sauce. Also note that there is no true sys6em for this; it's mainly just an idea that's more similiar to PS2 or computer RPGs.
