Bangladesh is a country in Asia on the Indian Ocean, wedged between India and China.
The country is generally flat, being pretty much a giant flood plain. It is underwater for much of the year, good for growing certain varieties of extremely tall rice but requiring its people to tread water for months at a time. They are actually quite relieved when a typhoon or cyclone picks them up and deposits them on the mountains in the far north. But all this accounts for Bangladesh's primary product and export: mud.
