Andorra is a tiny country in the Pyrenees Mountains between Spain and France. It is jointly administered by those two countries, meaning fistfights break out on a regular basis.
Because the population is so small, antelopes hold many important positions in government. The police, fire department, army, air force and post office are the responsibility of two antelopes. Most importantly, the national football team is split 50/50 between humans and antelopes.
